How long does it take to receive my Certificate of Completion?
Your answer sheet is graded by the computer immediately. You will receive notification via email with your grade score. When you pass the test, professional looking accredited certificates of completion can be printed out immediately.

Do I need to take an exam after reading a course?
Yes. Each course has a 20 to 90-question test, (depending on the amount of credit unit hours required), consisting of multiple choice and true/false questions.

What is a passing grade for an exam?
You must pass the test with a score of 70% or better. For Example: you must get 14 of the 20 questions correct. Students that do not receive a passing score are eligible for re-testing at no charge until a passing score is achieved.

What kind of certification do I receive?
After you successfully pass the test, (70% correct answers), you can immediately print your course certificate, which shows your name, license number, NAB approval number, number of CEU-hours completed and the course title.

Once I complete an exam, can the answer sheets be faxed to ApprovedCes.com?
Yes. But we prefer that you complete the test online and submit it from your computer. If you want to fax the test, please ONLY fax the one-page answer sheet to 1-704-322-4064. Keep the other course material for future reference.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express. All payments are made using our secure site at PayPal and are guaranteed secure to use.

How do I know if your courses are accepted in my state?
You can review the state list to find out what states accept our courses, and how many hours that you need to take.  You may call our customer service line at 1-877-288-5448, or contact your State licensing authority and ask about their requirements regarding continuing education professional study courses.

Some of my personal information on the course material I received is incorrect. How do I correct it?
Please update any incorrect personal information on the one-page answer sheet and fax it to our office. 1-704-322-4064.

What is your refund policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your program, you must submit your complaint via email at info@approvedces.com within 14 days in writing for a full refund. We are required to notify your state board that you did not complete the courses.

What is the course format?
Our courses consist of a Course Study Guide, a Pre-Test, a Final Test, and a Certificate of Completion.

Do I need to mail my order to you?
We prefer for you to do the entire ApprovedCES.com Course using our website and the internet. This
process eliminates unnecessary down time, and allows you immediate access to print your Certificate.

How long does it take to receive my course(s)?
You will immediately link directly to the Course Study Guide, Pre-Test and Final Test.

You can start an online course, take a break, and come back at your leisure to finish the course. You can review the online CE courses and retake the test as many times as you need to receive a passing grade.
